What Wehoopoe is

Wehoopoe helps you turn school communications into a shared family to-do list. You forward messages; we read them with AI and lay out the dates, payments, forms and reminders for both parents to see. It's a helpful assistant — not the official record. Always treat the school's own message as the source of truth.

Please don't rely on it blindly

AI gets things wrong sometimes — a misread date, a missed detail. That's why every item shows the school's original words, and why we flag anything we're unsure about. Check important dates and payments against the original. Wehoopoe isn't liable for a missed deadline or a misread letter; you know your family and your school best.

Using it fairly

• You're a parent or carer using this for your own family.
• Only forward messages you're allowed to share with us.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or use it to store things that aren't school-related family admin.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in and your private invite and calendar links to yourself.

Your data

How we handle your information is set out in the privacy promise. In short: we read only what you send us, we store it in the UK, we never sell it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time from Settings.

Cost

The free plan is genuinely free. The Family plan is paid, and the parts that connect your family — the partner invite and the calendar feed — stay free forever. If we ever change pricing, we'll tell you first.

The honest small print

Wehoopoe is an early-stage service provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or never make a mistake. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us. We may update these terms as the product grows; we'll post the date above when we do.
